Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Panda VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App are held by the Service Provider under applicable law. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions, plans or fees and provide notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting or installing untrusted components may create app or security risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you must also comply with the terms of those providers.

Service limitations: the App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailable service caused by device arrears, data limits, carrier failures, weak signal or local network policies. Mobile data or roaming use may generate carrier charges. Confirm authorization from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own use. Service interruption caused by low battery, disabled permissions or third-party platform rule changes is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate routing information, but some information may come from third-party partners and cannot always be guaranteed error-free. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates periodically, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust or terminate service within a reasonable scope.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: software or digital service sales are generally final after completion. Once a license key, account benefit or digital product access has been provided, refund requests without valid cause will not be accepted.

Product Evaluation: we recommend evaluating the product through demos, trials, free versions or official documentation before purchase.

Customer Support: if you encounter technical or account issues, contact support and we will help troubleshoot.

Technical Issues: rare technical issues may affect use, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly. A technical issue alone does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Unauthorized Use: no refund will be provided if a license key, account benefit or digital access is shared, resold or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: we reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
