This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled by the mobile application provided by Panda VPN (the 'App', 'this Service', or 'we'). When providing account, connection and support services, we follow data minimization, transparency and reasonable protection principles.

When you download, launch or use the App, the system may collect operational data needed to keep the service running, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, session duration and basic diagnostics. To recommend suitable nodes, we may process approximate location information. The data is used for: 1. node recommendation based on Panda VPN's network distribution and status; 2. performance optimization through anonymized aggregate statistics; 3. service notices, security reminders or account notifications sent through your registered email or username.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance statistics and feature improvement. Except for the following cases, we do not share personal information: 1. legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. actions necessary to protect user safety or investigate fraud; 3. cooperation with entrusted service providers under confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through the standard process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account and delete your personal profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from this group, and if such collection is discovered, we will delete it promptly. Guardians may contact us at the same email for assistance.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal, product or business changes. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the revised policy.
